How to change your body and become healthy

The key to changing your body is progressive overload. The key to progressive overload is consistency. 

Progressive overload simply won’t work without consistency, at best, and will cause injury at a worse case scenario. 

Do anything but nothing. Simply being active for 30 minutes a day will improve health markers, like blood pressure, gut health, and immunity.

I have had many clients ask me if they are too old to get started. I say that you’re too old NOT to get started. Let’s get busy living!
