RELATIONSHIP COACHING
I typically coach individuals or couples wanting to improve the overall health of their relationships through unique perspectives on communication, sex education, and relationship agreements. Like many forms of coaching, relationship coaching involves setting goals, changing habits, learning new things and consistent sessions to achieve progress over time. I also provide coaching for those who are navigating dating again after an extended time of being single or in a long-term relationship. LGBTQA+, Poly, and kink friendly. Sex-positive.
Weight Loss coaching
The only way to maintain a healthy weight is to eat in a way that you enjoy. Everything else is a temporary solution. This is my most popular program. It cuts through misinformation and brings clarity to create healthy habits for life. Hint: this requires learning and effort on your part, but I will guide you week by week until it feels completely natural. Develop a sustainable diet by eating foods that you enjoy. Keto? Paleo? Vegetarian? Gluten-Free? Omnivore? All diets (preferred eating methods, not “diet”) are on the table. Learn to lose weight by eating in a way that suits your preferences. Private one-on-one coaching and corporate health coaching are available for your staff.

I start by meeting you at your current fitness level- you do not have to show up having it all figured out. We will discuss goals, previous injuries, and personal preferences.
It is my job to give you some of what you want and some of what you need. My main concern is to teach you the foundations of strength by explaining the why and how of body mechanics, form, and technique so you can eventually train yourself! I will share everything I know, not keep you in the dark.
Some folks stay with me for years because they prefer accountability, while others train with me until they feel confident working independently. The choice is yours.
