Kids and young adults these days are absolutely changing the game of entrepreneurship; becoming successful younger and younger. Their access to enterprise due to the internet is fascinating. They have all of the tools they need except one…⁣

A fully formed frontal lobe. 

Their brains aren’t completely developed in the area that controls executive functions until they are closer to 25 years old. They have the creativity and the emotions of an adult, but not the maturity. ⁣

⁣This is why I love to guide them and help them make more 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 when starting their businesses. ⁣

⁣If your kid is taking a gap year, or not doing well in college they still have options.  Perhaps they just need more time.
