    The development of our sex life can cycle through stages over our lifespan, just like other parts of our lives. You aren’t stuck, and you aren't broken, although it might feel that way. We don’t want to burden others, so we try to do everything ourselves. Talking about sex can feel painful or taboo, even with our long-term partners. We often need a little adult sex education to help correct things in our relationship with our sexuality. You aren’t broken. Your libido isn’t broken, and your sex life isn’t broken. It would help if you had some assistance understanding how to make adjustments. You are human.

    Do you feel stuck in the same patterns of unhealthy habits? Are you trying to improve your situation, but it just isn’t working out? Is your relationship with your partner, your body, or yourself causing you pain? We all have times when areas of our lives need an upgrade and are close but not entirely pulling it off. I can help you learn to manage those aspects of your life with science-backed techniques and proven modalities.

  • 1:1 COACHING (relational and fitness)

    One-on-one training is the best option for anyone looking to improve their strength and feel better about their body. Three days of training per week yields the best results. I am available in the evenings for in-person strength coaching in person.

    Barbell training and other strengthening modalities are doable at any age and fitness level.
