You may have no idea how or where to start talking to your partner about your sex life. Talking about sex can feel awkward, painful, or taboo, even with our long-term partners. We often need modern adult sex education to help navigate change in our relationship with our sexuality. We may need conflict resolution skills or communication skills, and healing from trauma. You might need sex education based on pleasure and not just how not to get an STI. You may want to explore opening your marriage or trying out new kinks. You aren’t broken.     Do you feel stuck in the same patterns of unhealthy habits? Are you trying to improve your situation, but it just isn’t working out? Is your relationship with your partner, your body, or yourself causing you pain? We all have times when areas of our lives need an upgrade and are close but not entirely pulling it off. I can help you learn to manage those aspects of your life with science-backed techniques and proven modalities.

    I offer modules for those wanting to do self-work at their own pace. This includes worksheets, prerecorded modules, and live Zoom check-ins. This service is great for folks who do not want couples counseling or who live outside of North Carolina.

  • 1:1 COACHING

    One-to-one private coaching is available for folks who want to try solution-focused coaching on a specific issue. Coaching is NOT a replacement for therapy, or appropriate for all concerns. It’s a customised approach rather than premade coaching modules. Coaching is virtual and not dependent on location.
